1. Services Provided

Brar Mechanical offers the following automotive services:

  • Mechanical Breakdown services
  • Clutch repairs and replacement
  • Cylinder Head repairs
  • Engine rebuilds
  • Trailer maintenance and repair
  • General Auto services for all makes and models

All services are provided subject to availability, assessment, and acceptance by Brar Mechanical.

2. Estimates & Quotes

  • All price estimates provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotes are based on the initial inspection. Additional issues found during service may affect costs.
  • Any additional work outside the original quote will only be performed upon customer approval.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, EFTPOS, or Bank Transfer.
  • Late payments may incur interest at [X]% per month.

4. Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a [3-month/5,000 km]* limited warranty on workmanship and parts supplied by us.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brar Mechanical is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any known issues.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
  • Brar Mechanical is not liable for loss of or damage to items left in vehicles.

6. Storage & Uncollected Vehicles

  • Vehicles not collected within 3 days of completion may incur a storage fee of [$XX] per day.
  • Vehicles left unclaimed for over 30 days may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes to Terms

Brar Mechanical may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
